Returns Policy

A full refund will be provided for any samples returned to us, in new condition and in original packaging with all tags intact and within 14 days. Shipping expenses, in both directions, are not refundable.

If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace those goods if they are returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Reimbursement for shipping expenses will be up to the value of the original shipping cost.

After 30 days returns and refunds are subject to manufacturers warranty.

Privacy

The privacy of your customer data and orders are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party.

Payment

We accept payment by cash, cheque or bank deposit. Goods will be shipped when payment has cleared in our bank account, subject to bank clearance times. Sorry we do not have credit card or eftpos facilities.

For account paying customers payment is due on or before the 20th of the month following the date of the invoice. Any collection costs on overdue or unpaid amounts will be at the expense of the customer.

Delivery Times

Subject to availability we endeavour to complete your order within 7 - 10 working days. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 2 - 3 working days for delivery.
